I’m a college student and my MacBook screen broke on a Friday when I had huge projects due that Monday. I called many places that told me they wouldn’t be able to help me and told me the diagnostic not only would take 48 hours but would also involve a nonrefundable $100 charge. I understand this is common and my situation was different but Prada listened, looked for a screen to order and had my computer fixed by Saturday at noon!
Not only was his communication excellent but his price was $400 cheaper than any other place I could find. His invoice included a breakdown of all costs and he was honest with everything he did.
